– Please move up/down a little so that your head doesnt fit in to the hole(穴に頭がはまってしまわないように、少し上/下のほうに来てください)


(右/左膝をまげてください)
– Put it back.

– Please lift your hips and put them down.


(腰を少し上げておろしてください)
– Please turn on to your stomach/back.

(うつぶせ/あおむけになってください)
– Please give me your hands.

– Please come down a little bit and turn your face to the right/left.

(少し下に下がって右/左を向いてください)

– Please move up and put your face in the hole.

(少し上に上がってきて穴に顔をいれてください)

– Please rest in this position for a few minutes.

(2-3分この姿勢で休んでください)
